Another late winter/early spring Arizona sun breakto Tucson! We look forward to seeing the changes in Reynolds house and garden since our last visit.
There were so many interesting neighborhood sights on our morning walks. We could walk from the entry gate to follow the winding roads in several directions, with a varietyof vistas and landscapes.
One of our favoriteneighborhood destinations was the pool complex one block away, complete with tennis court, covered lounge area, hot tub and a gorgeous pool surrounded by palms and desert plantings. We were often the only swimmers there.
All that exercise made us hungry enough to appreciate gourmet meals, at home and at restaurants. In addition to our fine Mexican restaurant meals we enjoyed a Blue Willow brunch with friends Cathy and David, and a special Italian dinner at Tavelino Ristorante.
In addition to restaurant outings we found time to visitone of our favorite destinations:Sabino Canyon.Weather conditions were perfectfor a ride on the new tram.We bought new hats and donned our sunglasses for protection against the late afternoon sun, and enjoyed a long ride around canyon trails and across bridges.
At the end of each day we relaxed on the back patio, enjoying the desert sights and sounds. This was another memorable trip to the “Reynolds Resort”!
