One of our favorite visits to the Oregon Coast included an afternoon spent in historic Nye Beach at the Visual Arts Center. We invite you to join us for a unique arts experience!
SMALL WONDERS: MINIATURE WOOD CARVINGS
We were charmed by these exquisite wood carvings.Kim King’s exhibit was filled with a variety of tiny animals, each with a beautifully polished finish and appealing face.
PAPER AND BOOK ARTS
This exhibit was one of the most unusual we have seen, with its multi-dimensional paper sculptures and use of multi-media.The artists, instructors from all four west coast states, presented workshops in addition to displaying their art.
HARBOR SCULPTURE
Brilliantly painted sea lions caught our attention as we left the center and walked along the harbor.
