IN EDMONDS WITH LEE AND ROGER

The earliest spring bulbs are small but mighty in their colorful impact, especially planted in groups. Some are so tiny that closeup views are needed to appreciate their beauty.

Hardy flowering perennials increase in size and impact with each year, and are colorful anchors in city gardens. In our mild coastal climate, they can bloom throughout winter months, but reach their best color in February and March.
