For Tim and me, social activities, short trips to Ponderosa, celebrations with family, and several musical experiences filled our lives with memorable experiences! Time spent with family and friends are always special. The spring’s three months flew by and still included time for sitting on the deck and watching the birds winging north for the summer. – Lorelie
APRIL
Paul visited us in April with his dogs, Spirit and Sika.
We dined at Anthony’s in the Everett Marina with Keith and Kathy to celebrate Keith’s birthday and our anniversary.
Book club members contributed differing opinions highlighting our book club selection for April.
We closed April listening to a combined EVERETT PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA and EVERETT CHORALE playing and singing Bernstein’s CHICHESTER PSALMS and Mozart’s REQUIEM.
A short trip to Ponderosa was an opportunity to be with friends there, visit with Paul and Toni & enjoy the dogs.
We always take time to admire “birds in the air”, taking “bird baths”, and on “plinths”.
MAY
May events began with Toni’s birthday dinner in Everett, and a dinner with friends at Fisherman Jack’s by the Everett Marina after a Village Theatre production.

We again enjoyed the sights and sounds of the Ponderosa “Bird Garden”, with birds to watch and new spring blooms.
JUNE
Another festive month included a concert, lunch and dinner with friends, a family birthday dinner for Tanner, and another visit to Ponderosa.
Summer was on its way in Ponderosa, so Toni & I took a swim in the newly opened refurbished pool – a “resort experience”!
