Thank you for joining Tim and me in appreciating Toni’s and Lee’s photographs of what may be the most mountainous drive in Washington State. Reaching 9000 feet, these dramatic, rugged mountains are often called “the American Alps”. Toni’s and Lee’s photos offer both the panoramic views of the mountains and bring us close to the trails and trees.
This trip with its hair-pin curves and sweeping views is a full day’s experience and is often rewarded with a stunning sunset!
