The artistry of Gina Wilkins is again on display in her spring-themed fabric art.
Small seasonal wall hangings always grace the entry wall of the Wilkins home. Early spring can feature quilted tulips or felt bunnies with blossom tails. Both wall hangings display the fine stitching techniques that Gina is noted for.
Gina’s spring panel quilt includes a variety of garden motifs, with each printed panel delicately embroidered. A close look at each panel reveals the special effects of her stitching.
Another large panel quilt includes deep colored flowers that bloom in later spring, with surrounding foliage and darker borders.
