Snow came in early November to Plain and Ponderosa, then melted, and snowed again in late November and through most of December!

We hope you enjoy the country snow scenes and the poems by Patricia Hammill and Emily Dickinson.

One of our favorite traditions in Everett is watching the Mukilteo Yacht Club Holiday boat parade in the Everett Marina. We can watch the brightly lit boats from our living room window as they slowly cruise in front of the docks below us.

A day at the Fearrington Art Show with Keith and Jerry concludes in a visit to the “Belted Barnyard.”  Keith tells us,  “It will feature the VERY famous Belted Livestock that receive loving care and much notoriety!!!”

The goal of my paintings is to lead the viewer into my world of nature thru abstracted images. I paint because I love the process, from color, composition, line, form and intuition. I approach my work with passion and creative choices.

Landscapes, birds and animals are my current subject matter. As I paint I commune and connect with nature. In the beginning I draw what I see and it becomes what I feel.
